If you are looking for a fun and easy holiday project, look no further! These leopard ornaments are the perfect project for a girls night, or make a bunch and use them as gift toppers - although you’ll probably end up keeping them all for your own tree. I have listed the supplies that I personally used and purchased (this is by no means sponsored by any of the brands, that would be cool though..Michael’s feel free to send me free stuff)
supplies:
You can buy a whole sleeve of the plastic disc ornaments (at Michael’s), and make a bunch all at once. I like to use floetrol to thin out the craft paint, so you can swirl around the paint inside the ornament (you can use water to thin out the paint if you don’t want to buy floetrol) Now I typically would never buy craft paint, but for the purpose of the inside color of the ornament, the cheap craft paint works great. I use liquidtex or golden brand acrylics to paint with, but feel free to use craft paint on the outside as well. Once painted, I add a little sparkle with the Martha Stewart glitter paint, and I like to mix patterns, so I tie a gingham bow around the top to finish it off.
