Q: Shipping/How long does it take to receive my order? *COVID 19 EDIT*
Due to the global health crisis and extreme order volumes please allow at least 7-10 business days before ship time. Most orders will ship before this time period, but we can not make guarantees.
A: Pillows and blankets are made to order. Typically, your order will be processed within 3 business days and then shipped out. Shipping is an additional 3-5 business days. *To be safe, please allow 7-10 business days total. Custom monogram pillows: custom monograms are hand drawn and will take up to 3 weeks before shipping. These are not a font or computer program, Katie hand draws them herself. Sometimes select products may arrive separately. Scarves will take about 2 weeks before shipping time. Fine Art prints: custom sizes are printed from our local fine art printing studio, these usually are shipped out within a week from ordering. Please know that we do our best to ship every order with care and as soon as possible, but we cannot compete with Amazon. Every order will receive a tracking number as soon as item(s) ship. Q: What size insert should I buy for my pillow cover?
A: If you ordered a 16x16 cover, we suggest an 18x18 insert. 20x20 inserts are perfect for the 20x20 covers. Please note the only pillow covers that come with an insert are the 12x20 lumbars.
Q: This is a gift, will the price be visible?
A: All orders are sent with a gift receipt, so pricing will not be included.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All products are made to order and at this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are checked for quality before shipping, but if for some reason you receive a damaged product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order it must be done within 24 hours. Most products are made to order and get sent to production in the order they are received. Once an order is in production it will not be canceled.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes, once order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number
Q: Only part of my order shipped?
Occasionally items will ship separately. You will receive tracking for each item if this occurs.
